Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Przedmiotem publikacji w „Rzeczniku Patentowym” są artykuły, glosy, przeglądy orzecznictwa i inne opracowania, których tematem pozostają aktualne problemy prawa własności intelektualnej.
  2. Materiały do publikacji w „Rzeczniku Patentowym” powinny być przesyłane pocztą elektroniczną na adres: redakcja@rzecznikpatentowy.online lub dodawane po zalogowaniu się w portalu: https://rzecznikpatentowy.online/index.php/rp/login
  3. Objętość nadsyłanych tekstów nie powinna przekraczać 20 000−30 000 znaków ze spacjami.
  4. Każdy artykuł musi posiadać:
    a. Tytuł,
    b. Streszczenie (abstract) w języku polskim,
    c. słowa kluczowe,
    d. bibliografię,
    e. przypisy opracowane w tradycyjny sposób – na dole strony,
    f. krótką informację o autorze oraz numer ORCID (o ile autor go posiada)
  5. 5) Autor może zaproponować tłumaczenie na język angielski tytułu tekstu, abstraktu oraz słów kluczowych.
  6. Redakcja zastrzega sobie prawo skracania tekstów, zmiany tytułów, śródtytułów oraz poprawek merytorycznych i stylistycznych, również w wersji angielskiej.
  7. Publikacji podlegają artykuły nie publikowane nigdzie wcześniej.
  8. Warunkiem publikacji jest zawarcie stosownej umowy.
  9. Za artykuły publikowane w „Rzeczniku Patentowym ” wypłacane są honoraria autorskie.
  10. Nadesłane do Redakcji artykuły są recenzowane, podlegają ocenie przez kolegium redakcyjne i publikacji po pozytywnym zaopiniowaniu do druku.
